Where to spray?
We get this question quite a bit. The answer isn't always clear which means that many times the best thing to do is cover all bases.
If you're seeing spiders in the home, go ahead and set up some SPIDER TRAPS in any room where you see activity. You should also do some crack and crevice work with some BAYGON AEROSOL or the odorless and "dry" PT-PHANTOM. If the spiders are merely moving in from the outside this should keep them under control for 1-2 months per treatment. But if they reappear sooner, you probably have them coming from your attic, basement, crawl space or outside home exterior.
If you think they're coming from the basement, crawl space or attic, consider using some PYGANIC DUST for long lasting protection. Most homes only need to dust once a year to keep these areas well protected.
If you believe the spiders are migrating in from the outside, an exterior program will be needed. This should include foundation spraying with the CYPERMETHRIN or the LAMDA-CYHALOTHRIN. Be sure to spray up the siding special attention to windows, soffits, gutters, porches, decks, basement windows and other routes of entry. In most cases a good exterior treatment every 2-3 months will keep the spiders off the building.
Lastly, if you see spiders out in the yard and suspect you have ground nesting species active in your turf, apply some BIFEN GRANULES every 2-3 months. This product is very active on most pests and treating the yard 2-3 times a year can really help keep all insect invasions minimized.

@Rhonda Roland: I would treat inside with the PT-Phantom listed above. It's very effective on spiders and a great way to start.

Next, I'd spray under the home as mobile homes tend to get spiders and other insect problems up under the structure. Use the Cypermethrin or the Lamda for this treatment.

And be sure to spray the entire outside of the mobile home too so they aren't nesting anywhere on the building. You may have to spray monthly for a few months till the problem is knocked out and once they're gone, you can cut back the applications to once every 2-3 months to keep it in check.
