You can use either the Deltamethrin or Lamda both outside and inside the home. Personally I tend to use them outside my house only and if I find I need to spray inside, I'll apply some Phantom Aerosol. This is a new product that's unique because it goes on dry and doesn't make a mess. I've got a lot of hardwood floors so that's important. Spraying the liquid inside is just too messy so the Phantom is the way to go. Plus, it's odorless and works well on spiders. Here are some links.
